About the role

Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Hybrid Working: One day per week remote (subject to approval)

Full-time Salary: £30,480 – £33,480 (depending on experience) 

Location: London (Bloomsbury)

Are you passionate about maintaining and enhancing academic quality and standards? We are seeking a Quality Executive to join our Quality Department at Bloomsbury Institute. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our academic provision in a dynamic and inclusive higher education environment.

 

About the Role

As a Quality Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards in academic quality by:

 

  • supporting the implementation of quality assurance and enhancement processes,
  • providing secretariat support for committees, working groups, and programme approvals,
  • maintaining accurate records and oversee document control procedures,
  • assisting in the deployment and analysis of student surveys,
  • ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and frameworks, including the OfS Ongoing Conditions of Registration,
  • working collaboratively across departments to promote best practices in quality assurance.
