Wellbeing Workshops | Term 2, 2025

How are you feeling? We can all use a breather now and then, and it’s always good to have a check-in on our mental wellbeing. Every term, our Wellbeing Workshops discuss the latest coping strategies, self-care and mental best practices to help you be your best self.

Wellbeing Workshops take place on Wednesdays, 1pm – 2pm. There is no need to book in advance and you can view the focus of each session below. Remember, you can always speak to SEWS if you have any specific wellbeing issue that you would like to discuss.

12 March 2025Working hard, or hardly working?
This workshop will aim to show and develop your strategies to ensure you are being productive when planning your study sessions and assignment plans.
19 March 2025Procrastination and imposter syndrome
This talk will help you to identify why you might be putting things off what you can learn from this, and why you should always seek support.

The “Mindful Mavericks: Empowering BIL Students through Student Guild” workshop would focus on mindfulness, goal setting, stress management, peer support, resilience, self-care, academic success, interactive activities, and resource provision to enhance the well-being and academic success of BIL students.
