Luke has over 20 years of experience in commercial roles, including 15 years within the education sector, working across multiple brands to develop opportunities and lead teams that enhance brand value. He is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service, recognising it as a fundamental component of an organisation's success.
In addition to his extensive background in customer and student service, Luke is a strong advocate for widening access to education, firmly believing that education is both a fundamental right and a necessity for all.
Outside of work, Luke devotes much of his time to caring for his two sons. He is also highly active in a variety of sports, including football, cricket, and CrossFit, which he pursues with great enthusiasm.
