How are you feeling? We can all use a breather now and then, and it’s always good to have a check-in on our mental wellbeing. Every term, our Wellbeing Workshops discuss the latest coping strategies, self-care and mental best practices to help you be your best self.
\nWellbeing Workshops take place on Tuesday, 12pm – 1pm at Room 102, 373-375 Euston Road, W1T 6QR. There is no need to book in advance and you can view the focus of each session below. Remember, you can always speak to SEWS if you have any specific wellbeing issue that you would like to discuss.
