Student Transfers

Transferring in from another provider

We're happy to consider transfers meeting our criteria (academic requirements met, prior study/experience reviewed if relevant, space available on the course). If we can't offer a place in the chosen year, we may offer an earlier year or the next academic year. Contact Admissions: [email protected] / 020 7078 8844.

Transferring out to another provider

We recommend speaking with a Student Wellbeing Advisor ([email protected]) first. A formal withdrawal form is required — simply stopping attendance doesn't constitute withdrawal. For a reference/transcript, contact [email protected].

Transferring to a different course at BIL

Current students may be able to transfer to another course in the same academic year, or the next year if not. Contact [email protected].

Other considerations

Student Loans Company-funded students must inform SLC of changes; international students must contact the Compliance team ([email protected]) about visa implications. Further resources: UCAS changing/leaving your course guidance, and BIL's own student support pages.
